This was a high spec development, working in partnership with Belvedere Homes. New build house with an estimated £30 million sale value on Wentworth golf course. This project had three floors above ground and 3 subterranean levels including a 30 metre swimming pool.

Every room had a different ceiling detail including coffered ceilings and shadow gaps. The main hallway as shown below had a circular ceiling design which when finished housed a spectacular chandelier.
